We, Miss Moneypenny Technologies GmbH, Hardenbergstr. 32, 10623 Berlin (hereinafter "Miss Moneypenny Technologies" or "we" or "us"), appreciate your interest in our services. We are aware that the protection of your privacy and your personal data is important to you. We also attach particular importance to the responsible handling of the personal data of users ("users") when visiting this website ("website"). Therefore, in connection with the website provided, we observe, in particular, the provisions of the Telemedia Act, the Federal Data Protection Act, and the EU GDPR.

1. Personal data. Pursuant to Section 4 (1) of the GDPR, personal data is defined as individual details about the personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. In this case, this includes the name, address, and/or email address of end customers ("shipping data") and users of the website we offer. Shipping data originates from the respective user input on the website secured in accordance with Section 7.

2. Data collection, storage and processing The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Sections a & b. Without the user's express consent, we collect, store and process personal data only to the extent that this is necessary and required to fulfill the contractual service obligation between us and the user or to provide the ordered gift packages or if the user has expressly given their revocable consent. We use the personal data provided by the user exclusively for the purpose of sending the gifts ordered by the user. We store the personal data for a period of 12 weeks in order to be able to assign subsequent inquiries from users/end customers or for the purpose of troubleshooting shipping problems to the orders. If data records are not subject to the legally prescribed retention period, they will be deleted afterwards.

3. Server log files We collect data about every access to the website (so-called server log files). The access data includes: the name of the website accessed, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, the referrer URL (the previously visited page), the IP address, and the requesting provider. We use the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating, securing, and optimizing our offering. However, we reserve the right to subsequently review the log data if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence.

4. Greeting Cards If a user sends a greeting card with a personalized text created by the user via our website, we store this text exclusively with us or our internet provider and process the text for printing and packaging. The user's text will only be passed on to third parties if the user has specified this in their order. Typically, this means passing on the greeting card text to the recipient of the shipment. Once this purpose no longer applies or has been achieved, greeting card texts are deleted.

5. Feedback If users make use of the opportunity to send feedback on the promotion after completing the order process, we will collect and store the user's feedback information together with the corresponding voucher code.

6. User Rights The user has the right to free information about the data stored by us, as well as, if necessary, the right to correct, restrict, or delete this data. If the user has any questions regarding the collection, processing, or use of their personal data, or if they wish to request information, correct, restrict, or delete data, or revoke consents granted, they can contact the following address: info@missmp.eu or Miss Moneypenny Technologies GmbH, Hardenbergstr. 32, 10623 Berlin. Furthermore, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Data security Technical measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of personal and identifiable data, in particular address data, hereinafter referred to as "data." These measures ensure the highest possible compliance with data protection principles: data economy and avoidance, necessity, and purpose limitation.
